All cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment are no biggie! Cancellations made after 24 hours require 50% of the missed service. No shows require 100% of the missed service. Payments do not go towards future service. If you're running late please call or send your service provider a message to see if your service is still possible!
